Parties and purpose

You are evaluating DexaFlow with Ran Segoli, operator of the DexaFlow early-access program (“Provider”). The evaluation covers the public site, the interactive prototype at /app, sample materials, and any non-public product details Provider shares with you by email or call. It is not production rollout, certification, or a warranty of fitness for any particular use.

Confidential information

Confidential information means non-public information either party shares in connection with the evaluation. Provider’s confidential information includes the prototype beyond what is on open pages, roadmap, pricing discussions, architecture, and source code. Your confidential information includes punch lists, photos, site or project details, and internal roles you choose to share. Public information, what you already knew without restriction, or what you develop independently without using the other party’s confidential information is excluded.

Your obligations

Use Provider’s confidential information only to evaluate DexaFlow. Do not copy, publish, or redistribute the prototype screens, flow, or non-public materials except to colleagues who need to evaluate and who are bound by similar obligations. Do not describe Provider’s materials as your own product. The footer line applies: shared for evaluation only; do not copy or redistribute.

Provider obligations

Provider will not use your confidential information for marketing, case studies, logos, or testimonials without your prior written permission. Provider will not quote you or name your company without asking first. Feedback you give may be used to improve DexaFlow without identifying you, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Pilot with real plant data

The design preview uses example data and does not upload plant evidence. If you later use the invitation-only pilot app with real photos or voice notes, Provider operates the cloud storage, can technically read that data for support and operations, and will agree region and deletion with you before go-live. That pilot is not described as certified or tamper-proof.

Term and acceptance

Confidentiality obligations last two (2) years from the date you accept below, or until the information no longer qualifies as confidential, whichever is earlier. By submitting your work email and checking the box, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company that employs you, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.
