Plain-language privacy notice

What we collect

When you ask for the preview link: your email address, and nothing else. If you then choose to fill in the optional second step: your role, what costs you the most, and, if you choose to give them, your name, company, how you document punch items today, and whether you are open to a call. We also note which link or campaign brought you (the utm tags in the address, and the site you came from). The feedback form collects what you type, and an email address only if you add one. No plant, machine, or OT data is requested or retained.

Why

Only to reply to you about the DexaFlow pilot, send the sample FAT/SAT protocol, and learn how people document punch items today. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list. We will not quote you, or name you or your company, without asking first.

Where it goes

The forms are delivered as email to the founder's inbox through Resend, our email provider. There is no separate lead database. The site is hosted on Vercel. The design preview at /app keeps anything you capture in your own browser and uploads nothing.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you across sites. There are no advertising or social-media trackers on this site. Your browser keeps two small notes in its own storage, not in cookies. After you give your email, one note keeps the preview link unlocked on that browser. For the length of the tab, the other remembers the campaign tags on the link you came from, so feedback can be matched to it. Neither is sent to us except inside a form you submit, and you can clear both in your browser settings.

How long

Your request stays in the founder's inbox while the pilot conversation is relevant, and no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what you sent at any time. Email the address below and it is handled within 30 days.
